Poorest UI
Can’t even verify a phone no when first using the app. How can you trust an app like this???!
Faulty app/booking system
I pre-booked a taxi. At pick up time, 3 different taxis arrived, each calling me saying they’re here for my order. The DASH system had somehow automatically switched taxis and kept repeatedly sending out different taxis for my order. Very confusing situation and very awkward for myself and all the drivers. Good thing is, they have a WhatsApp customer service account where you can ask for help and let them sort it out. Still, this shouldn’t be happening in the first place. I’m sticking with Uber next time!

I had an amazing experience using this taxi app in Hong Kong. As soon as I requested a ride, the driver called us to confirm our exact location, and the real-time tracking feature made it easy to see him absolutely hauling to come pick us up.
Once we were in the car, he went above and beyond. Not only did he make sure we got to our destination quickly, but he even made a couple of quick stops along the way to show us secret photo spots of the Big Buddha; places we never would’ve found on our own.
The combination of the app’s smooth functionality and the driver’s genuine effort made this one of the best taxi experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Getting Scanned by First Ride
The driver never picked me up or even answered the phone, but charged me in full and showed that he/she made the trip. Dash customer service refused to refund and made all sorts of excuses for driver. Avoid this app!
It is a SCAM
asking 70 HKd just for booking a ride. Be aware and stay far away. HK deserves better taxi services

I used this once and probably
Will not use it again. Why? At the end of my trip the taxi driver asked me to pay in cash as per meter ($350), and I told him that the payment was through credit card on the app. He insisted to be paid cash, and told me the app would not charge me anything, so I had to pay in cash.
Eventually I was charged also through the app ($390).
Contacted the customer service ma no answer at all, seems they don’t care?
