Gimmick
When I uploaded photos, the app provided absurd repair estimates for a property in decent condition, just needing floors and paint. However, when I didn’t upload photos, it offered more realistic estimates, which somewhat defeats the app’s purpose. Additionally, it only provided one comparison when multiple were available, and the price for the comparison was incorrect. I even analyzed the property multiple times and received different ARVs with the same inputs. Given the price of the service, I believe it should be able to directly pull photos from the MLS.

This isn’t right
I can’t say with a fact that it is from this app, but after I entered the info of the property here. The owner told me they have had 6 different people contact them about the property. If I put info into this app no one else should ever be able to see or access it.
Incredible application
This has helped me in considering whether to purchase a home for a flip. Great for real estate investors.
Charged for free trail
The app gave me the option to get a free 3 day trail. I instantly got charged $146 twice to my bank account. I just signed up today and didn’t even use the app yet and I already have problems.
Totally greed driven
Don’t waste your time on putting your information in this app, the data is gone and no way to follow and show progress and this app any kid can make it. They will lock u in $20 a month without providing any value. This is the worst investor trap app.
App randomly crashes while uploading
Every time I go to upload photos it closes the app and resets all the data I put in.. super annoying.
Scam
Downloaded the app, paid for my subscription, but wouldn’t let me create an account. Getting scam vibes.

Inaccurate. The ARV and offers it generates are no where near where they should be.

Would a good app if it worked… everything I like generate cash offer, the screen freezes and csnt scroll down to see what it says….
