It glitches & freezes a lot!! Could be a great app but it needs work.
Never received response
I downloaded the app and sent inquiries to several agents, but unfortunately I never received any responses to my requests. This was very disappointing, as the main reason for using the app was to connect with agents and get timely communication. Without replies, the app feels ineffective and frustrating to use. I hope the team can improve agent responsiveness and customer support.

App freezes and lags constantly, looking at one property takes forever compared to other apps.
