Never received response
I downloaded the app and sent inquiries to several agents, but unfortunately I never received any responses to my requests. This was very disappointing, as the main reason for using the app was to connect with agents and get timely communication. Without replies, the app feels ineffective and frustrating to use. I hope the team can improve agent responsiveness and customer support.

Almost unusable
App freezes and lags constantly, looking at one property takes forever compared to other apps.

Should’ve listened to the reviews first
No matter how many times I put in my search filters (e.g. Memphis TN, max $100,000, max 1500 sq feet) it keeps giving me properties all over the country (e.g. FL, CA, OK) and price ranges all over and above my max limit.
Also, as almost every other review said, it’s extremely slow, almost as bad as dialup slow.

Not showing properties
The app will not show properties on the map. I can view them on the desktop but not from the app. If this is corrected I’ll update my review.

Hi Bigback1923, thanks for flagging this and for using the desktop as a workaround. We found a bug that could prevent properties from rendering on the mobile map, and it’s been fixed in the latest update.
Junk
Junk system, unable to send an SMS to my phone to activate my account. It's unusable. Don't bother downloading this.

Great app. Been using the website for a long time. So happy I can now use the app!
Glitchy
I would give it a 5 star because they provide a great service, but the app is pretty glitchy and freezes up. I couldn’t log in for a month, and eventually gave up and created a new account. Even that was a task. If they fix the glitches that would be great.

You guys need the seller side on here right away! Also, need to be able to add buyers one by one like u can on mail chimp and have the texting/emailing and messaging on the app
App could be good but lags/freezes constantly.
Potential is there but until they can invest in even average grade performance testing…. I’ll use other apps. Freezes, delays, or lags constantly since they do know how to performance test their app… or perhaps don’t have the care/funds to upgrade the problems that effects all their users.

I love investor lift been using the website for a while but since the app came out it keeps freezing and should be fixed.
Can’t request address
Why can you not request the address? It defeats the purpose of having the app if you can’t do everything that you would on the computer on the app
Slow and crash
Not only is the site awfully slow and painful to navigate, my market has tons of stale or fake listings. Lack of oversight ruined a great idea.
