The app has been crashing for the past 4 month or more now please fix it

DAT mobile app has not worked for 2 months, I have uninstalled & reinstalled same issue, please fix!
They love to change prices
I have been taking a cab everyday to work this past week & every time i get in a cab it was a different price to the same location. 3 days out if that week it was $12 next day it was $13 the the following day its $15. Reminder i was trying to and from the same location! Do better! & the people at the base are RUDE

Call dispatcher 8pm Sunday night to see if I can book an 8am ride to get my dog to the aspca for a life saving surgery, he said it would be no problem, to book using the app and I would get a call when the driver was 5-10 minutes away. So I did
This morning I called at 8:05 asking if the driver was enroute they said the reservation had be cancelled that I can’t use the app to book a trip from the Bronx to manhatten. That they wouldn’t honor the price given by the app that it would be $8 dollars more. I said that’s fine. I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and he returned to let me know that no one would be coming. Very unprofessional, very discourteous and very rude. And if it turns out my dog cannot be seen because they decided to cancel my reservation without notice because the app charged me $8 dollars less than they would have liked. I will be filing a civil suit for the loss of my dog.

I love this app! I was running late one day, no time to take the bus, just needed to get to the train station quick. The app said 4 mins and it was here in exactly that time. Highly recommend!

This app is way more convenient than uber, cheaper and more efficient. People requesting base cabs should already know they don't accept credit cards. I give this app 5 stars because unlike uber you don't get charged an arm and leg for a simple cab ride, and these are drivers who are already experienced in the area. Love it, and I never review apps lol.

Worst experience ever!
I loved DAT until I requested a credit card cab and when I got to my destination, I find out it's not a credit card cab. I call the base and the guy was telling me nonsense when clearly there was proof. I walked out without paying! Not my problem! But I feel like I hijacked the cab driver and I feel sooooo bad for her! She was good so nothing against her. But they were wrong and they know it! Fix this app smh

It's funny because I called first and they told me they had no cars available. So I used the app immediately after I hung up with the dispatcher. The app asked my location & said a car would be here in 3 minutes & sure enough, a car was beeping his horn in 3 minutes!!! I'm really impressed! Cool app. Wish other car services used apps like this.
