Full of lies- scammy predatory factoring company
They are a scam company. They do not follow through any of the things they offer. Their tech is a joke and a hassle when you need to run your business. I have been trying to get out for 3 weeks even though they are saying my account is inactive and I have to reapply. They will not let my account be released. They have stopped answering emails and my calls. This is so unprofessional. The trucking industry does not need another predator factoring company. Stay away from them

SMALL TRUCKING COMPANIES BEWARE
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Outgo Inc. After my company trusted them with our factoring and business operations, my account was suddenly restricted during an ongoing dispute involving transactions that their own systems had previously approved and funded.
The freeze on my funds severely impacted my business. I was unable to properly pay drivers, cover fuel, maintain operations, or keep loads moving consistently. Drivers quit, business relationships were damaged, and my company suffered significant financial losses while I struggled to get answers and support.
What has been most frustrating is the lack of transparency and communication throughout the process. Instead of working collaboratively to resolve the situation fairly, I felt pressured into accepting responsibility for losses before receiving complete accounting and documentation.
For small trucking companies, cash flow is everything. When a factoring company restricts access to operating funds, the consequences are immediate and devastating. I strongly encourage other carriers and owner-operators to fully understand the risks, carefully review all agreements, and make sure they have independent legal advice before entering into any long-term factoring relationship.

Their all good news for the past. They have redicilous factoring limit. You can’t factor your invoices until brokers pay to outgo. Then what’s the idea of having factoring company. They are no good for customer service enough.
Underwriting has very late response .
I only work with them one month and they have a factoring limit for 3 trucks 80,000 only, they do not reply back to you .
I reached out to them to increase the limit. they haven’t got back to me till five hours.
And they won’t increase your limit and they want you to call brokers and release the payment so that’s how they can provide more space for factoring . So at the end, I have to go with other factoring company. And their customer service is not really nice because they can do anything so lastly, when it was time to buyout by other factory they didn’t reply for six hours . Yeah this is true. They pay your invoice within 15 minutes to 30 minutes . Be careful .

Worse factoring company ‼️
I had a terrible experience with Outgo Factoring Company. They failed to pay any of my invoices on time, which caused significant disruptions in my business. As a result, I missed numerous important appointments and lost valuable opportunities.
If you're considering using their services, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I cannot recommend them based on my frustrating experience.

Not the worse but not really the best
I been they customer since they start, pretty good customer service back then, now is really hard to communicate with them, I been calling and calling and not one answer the phone. Also they making a mistake on one of they invoice putting some extra charge that I never claim on the original RC, costing me money that I was counting with.

They all have some kind of fees for anything to get your hard earned money Not at outgo . It's %1.5 or less . No invoice fee no ACH fee no transfer fee . Although you use their debit card for your expenses , the amount of you used won't be charged for factoring fee . Isn't it great ? Ultimately great.
Uploading BOL and rate con to their website or app then you're done. You don't need to type anything to do. Sit back and get paid soon. They have intelligent program to do all stuff for you add for them.
You need to verify broker? Type it to their website for approval brokers , that easy to learn.
And they are all kind and precious .
