Dataguru is specifically crafted to serve the needs of parents, teachers, and staff within educational institutions. The app offers three unique login options, each customized to cater to the specific requirements of its users: Parents: Upon logging into the app, parents can instantly view their child’s current attendance status on the dashboard, as well as access their child’s attendance history. The app also features a feedback module that allows parents to share their opinions and suggestions. Additionally, the messaging function facilitates direct communication between parents and the administration. Teachers: When teachers log into the app, a QR code is displayed on the dashboard. By scanning this QR code with the reception app, teachers can easily record their attendance, both punch-in and punch-out. The app also allows teachers to view their attendance history at any time. Receptionists: Upon logging in, receptionists are provided with a "Tap to Scan" option. This feature enables them to scan the QR code from the teacher’s app to accurately capture attendance data, including punch-in and punch-out times.
