Worst app in the App Store
This app almost never works. I have to restart or redownload if every time I use it. It brings work flow to a halt and easily adds over an hour to my workday either restarting or crashing, or manually having to input everything on a computer. It has one purpose and can’t even do that
Complete garbage
6/2/21. This app is complete garbage, i’ve been using it for several years now because of my work. when it works it’s wonderful. It is more iOS friendly than it is android friendly. It constantly crashes, takes forever to load, there’s constant problems throughout the day, it constantly logs you out and seems to glitch every day. I’ve gone through all of the suggestions with the developers and nothing ever seems to get fixed. Honestly I’d rather use anything else. Your friendly service technician

Wish I could give zero stars
This is a truly terrible app. I mean seriously, whoever is running this app needs to go back to playing with Fischer-Price toys. Absolute garbage.
Would rather leave hand written reports
This app is slow, crashes, and all around horrible lol I have to delete it and reinstall all the time for it to work it hardly ever works off of wifi and even then it’s slow and crashes
Should be free to use with purchase of SpunTouch
After spending almost a $1000 I was surprised that the usage of app features was not included with the package. $20.00/per month? good luck with that.
Embarrassing software for a professional app
The app is not reliable or quick. Most of the time it takes me 5 mins just to log in.
Near Useless
I've used this app on both Apple and Android OS, multiple devices within the two. This app takes FOREVER to load, and when it does, it often crashes. Key word there is "often". It is not an effective tool, just a pain in the arse. Wish someone would truly invest in a tool like this, LaMotte obviously has not.

Errors after September update
I had several errors where the app would close or pop up with an error message. The app was slow before, but at least it worked (kinda)
Very unreliable Bluetooth connection
Device itself works well but software is very flakey in respect to Bluetooth connection in that 50% of the time it fails to connect and it is torture to "forget" device and "re-pair" and retry numerous times in the hope of a connection.
Not happy
Can't do tests on pools because app is not able to sync to tester. Tried to uninstall and reinstall both tester and app with no success
Poor reliability for expensive unit
iPhone not able to connect since IOS10 update.

Bluetooth does not connect
