Jean Pi was so helpful to resolve my issues with my sense 2. After sending him a video to demonstrate that the sense2 was unresponsive, he sent me a new one for free.
Best pool gadget ever
I have been using WaterGuru now for several years, first the sense 1 and then the sense 2, and I honestly have to say that it is the best thing that happened to pool care ever. Before, I always had trouble keeping up with all the testing and adding the right amount of chemicals to the water , and sooner or later my pool would turn green every single year. Since I started using WaterGuru, I never had that problem again and in the end it saves me money on chemicals and upkeep. I also want to mention their customer service here, which is really second to none. They are extremely fast to respond, very helpful and always come up with a solution , should there be a problem or issue.

Handy product, great support!
I have had my water guru for about 2 years and love the daily updates! I get a push notification if there is an issue with the flow (especially helpful in the winter, we stay too warm to winterize but Iβm not outside daily) or chemicals. It also tracks trends to help you manage.
Recently, my unit stopped taking readings and the troubleshooting guides didnβt correct it. I contacted support through the app chat feature and was connected with Arnaud who was helpful and patient - he stayed with me as I tested the unit and confirmed it was malfunctioning and was able to check my data in the app. And then sent me a brand new unit! No hassle, no fuss. He even sent instructions to update to new unit (and keep my pool data) in the app. Easy and helpful. Thank you!
