Jean Pi was so helpful to resolve my issues with my sense 2. After sending him a video to demonstrate that the sense2 was unresponsive, he sent me a new one for free.
Best pool gadget ever
I have been using WaterGuru now for several years, first the sense 1 and then the sense 2, and I honestly have to say that it is the best thing that happened to pool care ever. Before, I always had trouble keeping up with all the testing and adding the right amount of chemicals to the water , and sooner or later my pool would turn green every single year. Since I started using WaterGuru, I never had that problem again and in the end it saves me money on chemicals and upkeep. I also want to mention their customer service here, which is really second to none. They are extremely fast to respond, very helpful and always come up with a solution , should there be a problem or issue.

Handy product, great support!
I have had my water guru for about 2 years and love the daily updates! I get a push notification if there is an issue with the flow (especially helpful in the winter, we stay too warm to winterize but I’m not outside daily) or chemicals. It also tracks trends to help you manage.
Recently, my unit stopped taking readings and the troubleshooting guides didn’t correct it. I contacted support through the app chat feature and was connected with Arnaud who was helpful and patient - he stayed with me as I tested the unit and confirmed it was malfunctioning and was able to check my data in the app. And then sent me a brand new unit! No hassle, no fuss. He even sent instructions to update to new unit (and keep my pool data) in the app. Easy and helpful. Thank you!

After owning a few different pools this is absolute game changer.
Great concept but horrific device reliability
Very high failure rate and unreliability of both s1 and s2
Update 12/25 - had two more devices become intermittent. They dry out a few weeks,
Work then either drain batteries or totally stop functioning. Waste of money on units and cartridges

Great product and even better service
I have used this product for three years. I leave for four months each year and depend on this equipment to give me readings and recommendations. Most people pay for a service while they are gone and that can run 250 a month. I just call my friend that lives next door and ask him to add ?? Chemicals about every three weeks. This week the unit stopped working and Arnaud at Water Guru walked me though some tests and declared the unit faulty. Much to my delight he sent me another unit free of cost. It does not get any better than that.

Best pool product!
I’ve had a Guru for over two years and have referred several friends with pools and or spas. Works great. Tells you what to add to keep your pool or spa in perfect condition. No drops to add to change colors. Then you have to figure out what to add. It’s so easy. The Guru tells you what to add and how much. And their customer support is outstanding. Arnaud walked me through an issue I had reconnecting to the Guru. Problem solved! Can’t recommend them any higher!

Want to love the product. Unfortunately it does not deliver on its promise.
The idea of automated pool testing is fantastic. Such a time saver…if it worked. Had the original unit with 2 test cartridges. It worked relatively well until unit gave out. Made the rash decision to purchase the second gen model for the c5 cartridges. 5 tests in one seemed like a game changer. Problem is only chlorine and ph are accurate. The other 3 are nowhere near accurate nor precise. It seems like the app and the unit just randomly guess at calcium, alkalinity and cyanuric acid levels. The company still sells and advertises for accurate c5 cartridges, yet publicly told me the 3 don’t work well. They are working on a new design and were supposed to launch in July. It’s mid October and no update. Save the hassle and look elsewhere.

Piece of Garbage
I love the idea of this device, however, it doesn’t work most of the time. Every time it fails to work it uses up expensive supplies. There is no customer support phone number and the “help” option on the app is no help.
FINALLY…a solution
I’ve had a pool for thirty years. For the first time in all those years I’ve found a product that has kept my pool water sparkling clean because I get a daily notice of what needs attention. I give this one five big stars. Wished I’d had it earlier.

I’ve had my Sense 2 for about 2 years. It has given me great information and direction. My pool water is crystal clear. The unit recently stopped reporting. I contacted Water Guru, they replaced the unit. All contacts were done in one day. Product shipped the next day. My experience has been superior in all aspects.

Support team is awesome and proactive. The product itself is great. Love not having to physically test water. Just check test results and add chemicals accordingly.
Great Customer Service
The app works great no issues at all. The product does works well however even if you run into issues the customer support team will respond quickly and resolve the issue! Overall I recommend this product and have been using it for 1.5 years.

WaterGuru To The Rescue
The WaterGuru testing is extremely accurate. I compared to my Taylor Test Kit and the results were so close. We also had a problem with our WG but after talking to support they sent a new one. They stand by their product and that means a lot. They do need more helpful advice on the chemistry changes but this device has saved me so much time. Thank you WATERGURU!

I had some trouble getting the app to work, and it turned out to be a quirky battery-related issue. The WG team quickly diagnosed the problem and got everything running smoothly again. Responsive Customer Service
This product works well to replace old fashioned testing strips. You get a very specific reading every morning on your phone. If there are any issues the customer service is fantastic and responsive. No monthly fees but every 6 weeks you have to
replace the measuring cassettes, they sell in pack of 3 for $69 so not too bad.
