Disappointed and frustrated
I'm Linda, 50years old from USA. I joined this dating app hoping to connect with genuine men, between the ages of 50 to 69years but Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. My NO is Two One Three Six One Nine Two Five Zero Eight, After paying for a subscription, I expected to be able to chat and build real connections. Instead I found out that I couldn't even send proper messages without being asked for more money. Don’t waste your money
I liked it the first time and 6 months later I subscribed again and I’m totally locked out. When I’ve contacted them 3 times and all I get is you are subscribed as a premium member and have access as a premium member. I know I’m prescribed as a premium member duhhhhh! But it’s not letting other members see me or answer me. I know because my friend went on there and can’t find me. It’s like I’m invisible. The matches that are there are the same 4 matches that were left from the last time I was a subscribed member 6 months ago. No new matches in a month. It’s one bad glitch in their sight. If they can’t fix it then all they did was took my money. Chat does not work.

I have been trying to make payment it won’t let me, I purchased iTunes card and also tried to pay with that it says insufficient balance because it want me to pay using my debit card that wouldn’t go through, can you confirm it it let people make payment by iTunes card ?

Not a good experience with this app I’ve asked for Widow I get people from other countries that are like 20 years old. I don’t think those are widowers they are just looking for whatever so I just I need to get out of this app as soon as possible. Big rip off. Not worth any stars, I pressed one by mistake.

This is the worst dating app I have ever seen. Hard to maneuver. Quality is lacking and it in no way pays any attention to your preference on matches. Communication abilities and rules on picture availability are horrible. They don’t make it easy to cancel either.

Will not load after I submit my info
This app’s sign up doesn’t work.
I put in my info and hit submit. The app froze on the following loading screen. Doesn’t work. Very disappointing.

Several times I tried I Entered my information and when everything was complete I hit submit and it would never load up it took forever the last time I even let it sit overnight when I woke up in the morning it was still processing
