Garbage
This app is garbage. I’m not sure why companies choose to use such trash. Nothing loads. Nothing is able to be updated. It’s not supported on 4 of my devices. I can’t access any of my information. If you need to print pay stubs or see tax documents good luck. You will never be able to. This app needs to just go under and give up to ADP.

Very slow to load time sheets and paystubs.
Mediocre at best
I rarely give a rating especially for bad products. But I had to for this one. Three things:
1) Why would anyone in the 21st century require 5 login steps (input email on the 1st page, input password on the 2nd page, select contact method on the 3rd page, input the sent code on the 4th page and finally login on the 5th page) just to view a time punch? This is not a bank app for heaven's sake(and even bank apps allow face login to make it simpler). Make it simple to sign in
2)The random glitches and freezes don't help at all
3) Can't keep you logged in. You have to complete the 5 steps every time you switch phone screens

Most of the time it works but then glitches randomly and freezes in update mode

This is not a user friendly app. You constantly have issues with it loading. Also the tabs you click on don’t always work. I don’t feel like this is user friendly because once on the app it’s confusing to find what you are looking for. It could be simpler and way more effective for the employees.

Too many bugs make this app close to ineffective.

This app makes it so easy to review workflows, submit leave requests, approve teams timesheets, and much more without having to use my computer. Total time saver!

I CAN'T EVEN LOOK AT MY PAYSTUBS IT JUST KEEPS CLOSING OUT THE APP!! I was just able to go on and look at my paystubs a week ago and now I can't?? Please fix!
Worst app ever
If I was in charge of payroll for my company I would cancel with this company. This app is the worst and the desktop version is equally as bad. We’ve had E3 for less than a year and I’ve had to re download this app four times. It won’t take me to the correct app version and just takes me to a desktop version that cannot do any of the tasks that I need it for like entering time on my time card or submitting one. Their tech side needs to all be fired for the unprofessional junk they roll out.

Improvement
I not sure if this app is being worked on but honest here are better apps out there, clocking in and out is a process to do and it also does not keep me logged and I am not a fan of how we are not able to request change of time when clocking in and out. Although it has a simple navigation it needs to add support in for hourly employees.

Terrible
Won’t keep you logged on, so i have to put my password every single time i clock in / out
I “clocked in” and it didn’t process my punch in or my punch out for the first half of the day.
It shows i did it, it just doesn’t show on my payroll.

The literal WORST
Do not use this app if you can avoid it. Absolute pain and garbage. Not user friendly, outdated, terrible location tracking, difficult to manage. Just please don’t do this to yourself or your company. One star is more than this deserves but I can’t give it any lower a review.

Same as the other review. It used to work great, but I had to change my password on my laptop, and now I can’t get into this app.
Password doesn't work
Had to change my password on the website and now the app won't accept it.
Used to work great! Now, unable to use.
I really liked how much time this app saved me in reviewing timesheets while I was able to use it. Unfortunately, I changed my password on the web version with a PC and ever since neither my old nor my new password works on the app. It’s been months of being able to use the app. I miss the convenience but have to delete the app as it is unusable.

Timesheet issues
Having issues with timesheet not loading. Giving me a message that says there is not timesheet for this period.
Timesheets unavailable
I mainly use this app for submitting timesheets and now all I get is an error message saying “no timesheet available for this period”. I have tried every way I can think of to try to pull up ANY of my timesheets and continue to get the same error message.

How come when I’m going to punch in it doesn’t read my location I get a message that the location is not turned on?
