Honestly this make life a lot easier to be honest because you can do this from anywhere to submit documents even if u can’t make it too ur local office and nine out of ten time they never have any issues with it they this appt and if they do I personally keep receipts or records of the documents I submit so that way incase it gets lost some how , you can submit ur case or reference number from ur form and they usually don’t have issues finding.

Minor bug. It says 1 page submitted if you out in a multi page pdf

The excessive amount of tries to connect between my nyid and my benefits.nys then link to this app caused significant delays in my ability to report as requested.
