Useless no support whatsoever
The app is useless. Can’t sign up. No website. No support of any kind.

Needs improvement
I have four locks, a gateway and four cameras. The app is very limited. No change in functionality since I bought everything 18 mos ago. Disappointed.
Suggestions for App Improvement
I have the smart lock, base of that experience, I would recommend if developers add the following features:

Smart lock & perfect app.
Have been using their smart lock LB400 since April 2020, very high quality, and the works well too. So happy that their app has more and more functions and is more and more user-friendly. Their appliance is updated frequently, and I am excited every time when there is an update notification, cause I can’t wait to see what new features are. Bought their gateway last week and now I can remotely control the lock (out of the Bluetooth range), how cool it is!!! Planning to connect it to my Alexa, then I can be a couch potato, lol.
