This product is horrible
This has been the most difficult app I have ever used. I could not activate it to use it, i could not find any password to open the app to get a fingerprint entered. I am using the key function until I buy an old school door knob. I would like to return the worst product on the market and take the future back.

App doesnβt stay connected
The app is finicky and difficult to stay connected to Bluetooth. It randomly disconnects Bluetooth and currently cannot reconnect. The licking doorknob continues to engage auto lock despite me turning it off repeatedly so no one else can enter. Very frustrating! Wouldnβt purchase again.
app can not login
the lock is completely useless when the app can not login, I have tried so many times, whatever I do, I get request timeout response
Glitchy
I wanted to love this product, but often does not unlock, both by fingerprint and by app. Glitchy, frustrating. Keep your override key nearbyβ¦ it will be needed. For future purchases, I think a wi-fi option is better. If you use this for STR, youβre screwed.
