Poor
The app is like using DATTO RMM with a browser. Screens jump all over the place and resize at will. Cmon Kaseya. You can’t even use it to login remotely. Who carries a laptop all around? I miss LogMeIn.
Broken App
The app is completely Selena’s. Kaseya One login returns errors and the standard Datto login does t work either. I expected much better considering that Kaseya One isn’t compatible in mobile browsers.

Constantly gives errors on any attempt to login and fails
Constantly crashes
I grew tired of this app and deleted it. It would freeze constantly. Closing and reopening after crashing would also prompt me for my login and two factor again. I would spend upwards of 30 minutes trying to get in and work. I turned to my laptop instead of having someone else from my office assist me when troubleshooting network items. My associates had the same problem, so it’s not just me.

It simply *doesn't* work
I've been able to log into the app once, otherwise I get an unexpected error. The one time I did log in, the app crashed about 20 seconds later. That's all she wrote.
