Driver No Show
Booked a ride for pickup at Boston Logan scheduled for close to midnight. The driver never showed up and dispatch was unable to locate them and offered no solutions. For someone who had been a business and leisure customer for 20 years, this is the last thing I expected from what once was considered a premier car service company. Shameful and bad business.

Hugely overcharged
I took several trips with the company, and they were fine. But then I booked an SUV to pick me up from the airport and bring me home. The trip is usually about an hour long, and other companies charge about $350-$400 for it. When I booked it on this company’s site, I remember seeing an estimate of $350. I received a bill of $650, and when I called the customer service to find out why, they told me that the SUVs are charged by the hour, and the clock starts ticking when they leave their garage and stops when they return to their garage. They also said that this is explained in terms and conditions that I must have accepted when I booked the ride. Indeed, maybe it was my fault that I didn’t read the terms and conditions (I never do, maybe I should start doing it). But I do think charging for the total time outside of the garage is unreasonable. I also think that if they give an estimate of $350, then $650 is an unreasonable jump. The customer service person was less than polite. I don’t think I’ll be booking with them again.

Dead Battery, late to airport got an Uber
Use this service 2x per week, 40 weeks per year, something like $12k. Came out, the car was dead. We tried to jump the battery, nothing. Had to get an Uber to airport. Will be a photo finish if I make this flight. Support said they would refund me for this trip, and a $50 credit on the return trip. Whoop dee do! If I miss this flight, will they pay the change fee and loss of billable hours for my client? I’m guessing no. Fleet management basics, like oil, tire pressure and battery health seem like an obvious approach for a professional livery service.

Driver didn’t show up
I had a ride scheduled for 1 PM today. I called the one 800 number at exactly 1 PM as my driver hadn’t shown up. The operator put me on hold for five minutes and then came back and said that the driver was pulling up at my location. I told her I knew that was not accurate as I live in a gated community and the security guard had not called me yet to have me grant access for the driver. I then got into my car to drive myself to the airport as I just knew the driver wasn’t going to show up. I received a call at 1:09 stating that the driver had just arrived at the security gate. That means he would not have made it to my house until 115. that would’ve made my connection to catch my flight close. This sort of service is abysmal at best.

Total waste of time!
I’ve been using you guys off and on for a couple of years and most of the time it’s been ok a little expensive but I figured it was worth it.
Well today I was a total let down. I simply wanted to go from downtown Seattle to the Airport but after it was schedule and confirmed I get a notification that you were running a little late, 40 minutes is not a little late especially for someone going to the airport. So I just booked Lyft and they showed up in 3 minutes. Why would I ever book GroundLink again, I see no benefit. Thanks

I have been using your service for years. Lately the service has been horrible. Every trip is a problem, driver showing up very late which is the usual problem.
Today ordered an inside pick up for my wife. Driver not there inside and she needed help with luggage.

I had to get from Catskills to EWR in a pinch and timing was critical. My location was extremely remote. Driver arrived exactly on time, was professional and courteous, despite it being 4:30am in the middle of nowhere.

Calendar function not working
Use this app all the time for work, but now cannot add reservations to my calendar. Please fix asap!
The price you see is NOT the price you pay
This app is misleading. Do not trust the pricing you are given before you book. I have made 2 bookings. On one, they gave false additional stop fees. On the second, heightened toll fees. They give the impression of being cheaper than a yellow cab or competing ride app, but infact they charge more. Oh, and when it came to contacting support, they did nothing. Avoid.
