App Issues

I purchased the app to have access to all of the videos offline (as advertised multiple times on their YouTube channel) but the videos will not download. I keep getting an error message. I tried searching to contact support but there is no clear way to contact them. Really disappointed.

Charged for a subscription I don’t want

I signed up for a trial of this app. Somehow Apple to charged me for the subscription when I canceled my trial well before its end date.
