Charged for a subscription I don’t want
I signed up for a trial of this app. Somehow Apple to charged me for the subscription when I canceled my trial well before its end date.

This app won’t let me download the videos so my granddaughter can watch them so what is the point?

Got it from my kids a few years ago, forgot about it. They grown up, don’t play. Try to cancel, and it just spins “please wait” and that’s it. Rest phone, updated app.. tried on other devices. Nothing. Don’t subscribe unless you plan on paying for a lifetime lol hopefully I can unsubscribe.

Dave and Ava is easily one of the best apps for kids, my son loves it, so why the 1 star? because after my son accidentally deleted the app and i redownloaded it, it hasn’t worked. it keeps coming up with a TLS (i think) error. there is something wrong with the authenticating handshake and my husband has tried everything on our end to fix it. my son has been asking everyday to get on the dave and ava app so hopefully this can get resolved quickly 🥺❤️

I’m having problems with this app
I paid for one year of this app several months ago. My daughter loves the ABC tracing, but the letters don’t populate most of the time and sometimes a letter will come up but there’s no lady bug so she can’t do the tracing. Additionally, only one of the videos actually work. The rest give me an error message every time I try to play them. I’ve tried deleting the app and downloading it again but the issues persist. Help!

No support, ssl error prevents downloads
I can’t access any videos and get ssl errors. I prepaid for a year. There is no support.

Does not permit family sharing
Purchased on my iPad so my twin toddlers could use it with family sharing. Big mistake! It doesn’t permit family sharing and I am stuck with a kids app on my iPad which my toddlers can’t use. Tried to cancel the subscription so I could repurchase it with their iPad but apple wouldn’t let me. I feel exploited
