Creating videos
I been trying to create videos I paid until next year. It might of stopped working. Why the sudden switch up. Not fair when I paid for a year of the app working now it’s not

This developer is a take your money and run scam artist. First, they have the software marketed as completely free. That’s false. Then, after you try to generate a video, if never generates, only charges your card on file. I explained this to them via email numerous times and got an AI response back never a real person. What happened
This app used to be the best. Last update is the worst thing that happened. It lags, it crashes, it doesn’t do the clean job anymore. Whoever did this update and is responsible deserve to be fired
Scam
Complete scam. Told me a video will cost 50 credits then changed its mind and says to buy more credits. I asked how many and it won’t tell me. Uninstalled and canceled free trial.
Works but can not use cause pay
It works because it made a picture, but now it wants me to pay money, even though I only made one picture And that does not seem like it would take 5 million credits so it is positive but negative because it works, but it cost money but I’m guessing it cost money so you don’t have to put ads or something else so thanks but no thanks, sincerely Greyson

Terrible App
Do yourself a favour and use Gemini or some other alternative because the output is incredibly limited and doesn’t deliver what you ask for without spending more and more credits on absolute rubbish!
Would give less if I could
Was fully on board to try an alternative to Grok and the imagine feature. The 3 day trial, I was thinking great that will give me a chance to see if I can make a full transition. I go to create one image from a reference image. To do that would cost £2.99… a single generation. You have got to be kidding me. Wind your neck in DaVinci AI that’s gigantic scam. What’s the point of the premium membership and the trial?

Rubbish, a 4 year old with a crayon can do better.
Tried the free trial before subscribing and it was ok, Decided to give it a go on the £39.99 for the year. First few images were terrible, after 10 attempts the video generator still refuses to work.
There are constant bugs and frozen screens that don’t allow and prompts, so I have to close the app and restart it.
The App prompts me to continue on the PC but get this, I was told by DaVinci when i questioned it that the £39.99 subscription is for mobile only and doesn’t transfer to PC. So if i want to use it on my laptop I have to pay them more…
I have been refused a refund, and now have a pretty poor performing Ai that decides on it’s own wether it wants to do anything that day and if you lucky and it does decide to work you may as well paint a face on a potato as thats the quality I seem to be getting, no matter how clear the prompt or reference is.

Paid for Pro
I paid for the pro subscription and was charged again for another year. Every time I log into the app it asked me to pay even though I have already paid. I’ve contacted customer support. I’ve had a subscription. The subscription has automatically renewed and I still don’t have access to the paid pro version. I think I finally figured out how to cancel this yearly subscription (as now I paid 2 times for). It would’ve been nice to have access to the pro version that I paid for.

I got robbed
I had paid for a lifetime subscription, and they changed it without notice, and told me to get a refund from Apple. So THEY erased my profile info, and THEY didn’t honor the guarantee of what I PAID for, and THEY won’t even make it right, or help me at all. Screw this.

Every time I try to edit an image it says the image editor failed, I paid money for this smhhhh

Set up the free trial to get some simple lighting animations on a single picture. Went back and forth for 30 minutes trying different parameters. All error codes. Finally I got to a point where it told me I needed to buy more coins, but it wouldn’t tell me how many. 2 second video. That’s all I wanted. 30 minutes later and a request to pay more, but it can’t tell me how much more. I’m not gonna spend $3, then $5, then $10 then $20 just for it to still not work. Seems like a scam to me. Stay away from this app.

Scam & Fully Broken
First of all, I found this service online. I was offered a “Start Creating” plan for $1.99 for the first 7 days. However when I wanted to create a simple video, a dialog box would pop up EVERYTIME sayin that I ran out of credits LOL even before it started the video. The pop up window was asking me to buy additional credits. ( I still have 250). LITERALLY SCAM. Then I found it on App Store, they were offering a 3-day trial. Signed up and wanted to create a video and in this case it started to give all kinds of errors. RIDICULOUS.

Pretty awesome
Me and my son were playing with his blocks and cars for about 45 minutes and I randomly thought, what if I could make a video of the toys having a good battle where their is explosions. I put in a picture of 10 legos a few mixed toys and this app created it exactly how I thought it out🤙🤙

Da Vinci AI is overpriced and doesn't deliver good results. It only generates 15-second videos, and I was charged extra on my credit card without my consent. Very disappointing.
