I paid for the weekly subscription and i made a video and it was not as promised, bad quality and very short video i want a refund.

I decided to get an annual subscription because it was cheap and even though I had cancelled it, this fraud app billed me $30 without any way of getting a refund.

They charged for 7 day trial and I created trend video which is no where like me in the video - also keeps hanging at photo selection - first set of tokens wasted as we could not find where the created one go.. second one was useless low quality and total money waste .. take my 4.99 as donation for your scam spree

Doesn’t work well you pay for a subscription and still have to pay a lot of money on top of that named credit. Doesn’t generate video and always crashes

A coupe of years ago this app was amazing. I paid for the Lifetime Unlock back then when this app was hardly known at all. That meant that I would never have to pay for a subscription. Fast forward to a recent update and the app is trying to charge me for credits and a Pro subscription to create my images. I emailed customer support over a week ago and asked me to send screenshots. I sent some including my old digital receipt for the Lifetime Unlock. Suprisingly, the customer support agent never responded. I emailed her again, but she still won’t respond.

Company Won’t Delete My Account
I have attempted to delete my account after briefly using this for a day or two. Not only can you not delete your account, but you have to ask permission from the company for them to delete it for you. They claim it’s for “safety” purposes. Iv reached out (over email) 3 different times over 2 weeks. I spoke with a lady named Ashley who gave me an automated response one time and has ghosted me since. All Iv asked is for my account to be deleted and have provided all the necessary information. Thankfully I didn’t input any financial information because lord knows they’d be holding onto that information as if it’s their own personal property. Awful customer service, do not recommend.

Оформила пробный период, оплатила. Далее показывали что 15 долларов в месяц, 5000 кредитов. На итог по истечении пробного периода списали 30 долларов и начислили 2000 кредитов. Возвращать деньги отказываются. Интерфейс поставлен таким образом, чтобы вводить в заблуждение пользователей. Продавайте себя качеством, а не как мошенники

Refund demand
I asked for a refund previously before, havent purchased and only used it once through free trial. I demanded it and have transcription to prove it. But they said i dont qualify. I read it and i do have them. I want immediate refund of subscription and cancellation immediately.
