Poor Support and No Clear Resolution
Paid for a yearly VideoGPT subscription through Google Play, but couldn’t properly use it on iOS. I asked support to either honor the subscription across both systems, transfer access to iOS, or refund Android so I could repurchase on iOS. They offered unclear temporary credits, then stopped responding after May 29. Very disappointing support and no fair resolution.

Scam? Never produces a single video after buying credits
I am pretty sure after trying many times to produce a video, to be repeatedly met by the message “scenes x, y, and z are too long, shorten your sentences and try again,” then have NOTHING ever show up in the My videos section. The AI images it generates are out of context of each other so I can’t imagine how it morphs them together and doesn’t look like absolute garbage. But I can’t know because it never produces any animated videos.
