Serious problem
This app worked great for me for years, but over the last couple of months that has changed. It doesn't matter how many times I put in my email and password, it tells me it's incorrect. But then I delete the app and re-download it and can sign in immediately with that same email and password. Very annoying. Especially when I forget that I have to do that EVERY TIME and end up late to appointment.

Terrible app doesn’t let you do anything except click a link to download an app your already in and the place never answers so basically you just can’t do anything smh
App doesn’t work well
The app itself is basically good for seeing appointment times and cancelling. If you try to do anything else it basically tries to redirect you to the app - even though you already are in the app. It’s an endless loop. It doesn’t even show me the phone number necessary to schedule an appointment over the phone since the app appointment setter doesn’t work. Needs major maintenance.

Worst app ever.
Seriously this app is not working at all! So frustrating.
Works okay, issues with payment info
It works for what you need it to if you have payment info connected. Doesn’t even let you check your appointment times if you can’t connect a payment method. There are too many billing issues to trust connecting a payment though.
