Won’t log in
I need to order repeat prescription but won’t load any further than 93% and my doctors won’t allow me to do it any other way! I had this issue last year so deleted it and had to go into the actual pharmacy. I’ve just received another text saying to reorder on the app so thought I’d give it another go…. Same thing 93% and no further! I see there’s been no updates for 2yrs! Maybe stop telling people to use the app when they can’t!

Stupid and health hazard.
Why does a pharmacy need an app for a repeat prescription. Now I don’t get notifications when it’s ready and when I look after a week it’s discarded. Have to start again and then the surgery needs to talk to you why you ordered it again. Then can’t get an appointment for 2 weeks and you run out of medication.

Doesn’t work
Completely useless app that just goes in a loop trying to log you in. May as well just contact your doctor and not bother.

I’ve been trying this app for months because it looks like it could be quite useful, but I’ve never managed to get it to work
Frustrating
App won’t open properly just turns me back to NHS app which 7 days later I had to ring day Lewis to find out where my medication was. Not even received my request.

When logging it, it tries to connect to the NHS app where you have to log in again and the whole process loops back to the start.
Unable to use
App doesn’t work - can never get past the first page and have to log in to NHS anyway so not sure why the app is worth having. Now going back to the gp surgery to change to the old set up, ordering through the NHS app!
When it works it’s okay
Most of the time it has issues and the pharmacy can’t do anything about it, so have to revert back to contacting the doctor again making the app completely pointless ! Days and days of not being able to even access my account just going round in a loop, login and it kicks you out log in kicks you out again… waste of time.

Glitchy app
I’ve been trying to reorder my medication and the app keeps glitching. I’ve deleted it and reloaded but having no luck. I understand that tech issues happen but really need my medication and this is stressful.
Pointless
Cannot even log in, gets to 93% and doesn’t progress any further. Tried everything to rectify but can now see from reviews this is a common problem.
Just stopped working suddenly
Not sure what happened but the app stopped working properly. Can’t find my pharmacy and logged out of my NHS account.
Fails to load
Like others have detailed the app fails to load, just sits on the loading screen and goes no further. Tried everything, rebooting device, reinstalling etc and nothing works.

Useless
Can’t get by the first screen. It doesn’t load at all and is a waste of time. I’ve sent an email to let them know. Whether I’ll hear back who knows. It doesn’t open at all for me.

Waste of time and energy
Still have not got this app to work. Put all my details in and it just sits there. As you have to log into NHS each time anyway you may as well just order prescriptions there. DL still send messages when they are ready. I have given this app a good old fashioned deleting!
Awful
I’ve been trying to set myself up for over 24 hours now, been chucked out so many times. Now trying to add meds and have just been chucked out three times. I give up.

Able to get all of my medication up to the confirm your order screen but then unable to confirm my order.
