Lost everything
They updated the app with a new way to log in, now I have no way to access the app and lost months of journaling.

This app is PERFECT!! I was looking for something I could jot things down about the day while still being able to edit later in case I forgot something important. It’s also extremely convenient that I can see the beginning of multiple entries according to date. Psychological cues are very important to me due to having a traumatic brain injury.

Can’t restore information
I lost all of my journals that I had before they introduced a log in system. I’m truly unhappy with this because I had stored some of my important information on there.
A must use but needs major updates
I really appreciate that I can use this on my phone, tablet, or desktop. The desktop is very glitchy & could use an upgrade. I do pay for the premium so having things like the keyboard freak out as I’m typing is really annoying.
The themes could use some more….themes.
I would love a widget, too!
I love the calendar & photo uploads. I appreciate that I can go back to any date & add a photo from past entries from a paper journal & keep all my entries in one place.
I would recommend this app, but I do hope it gets a good update/upgrade soon.

It doesn’t save all entries
I used to love this app but one day I was looking for a very important entry I wrote for myself a few months ago and could not find it (the app had only saved the tittle but not my actual post)
I thought that might have been a mistake on my end, but then another day I wrote another entry in this diary app and two days later I went to check it out and it wasn’t there at all!
This app is not reliable, you might loose your entries, and if this matters to you, this is not the app for you. The whole point of having a diary is to be able to write your mind out and have your thoughts saved and available to be looked back at and reflected upon whenever you need/want in the future!

No two factor
Not being able to setup two factor for logging in is a no go for me. No two factor means they don’t care about security.
Never Use this
My Data was lost. We contact e mail many times but no reply from Here
Daily reminder doesn’t work
I’ve set my daily reminder to 6am every morning and the reminder doesn’t go off. I’ve made sure my notifications for the app are switched on but I still don’t receive anything.

This is such an awesome app. For someone that is close to 70 and wanted to do something really simple just to be able to journal. I highly recommend this on all levels.

When I open the app and even restart it the screen is mostly blank
When I open the app the home screen is blank and doesn't load right away even after rebooting several times. It's disappointing that it's having an error because I previously recommended this app to friend etc. This should be fixed immediately.
