What's New in DayCount

6.1

May 9, 2026

Thanks for using DayCount! This update brings new ways to keep your events organized, with the new category bar, improved category management, and new options to select, archive, or delete multiple counters at once. We’ve also made widgets look better on newer versions of iOS, improved account and sign-in flows, refreshed parts of the counter and streak experience, and made a range of design, performance, and reliability improvements throughout the app. Enjoy!

User reviews

Expensive, used to be better

This app was great when it was $8 for the year and would automatically organize the lists based on time. Now it costs $8/mo, but you get to choose a logo theme!

Useless

Basic maths told me when I asked it to exclude weekends on my first try, it was wrong. A waste of time and deleted.

Confusing

I guess if you aren’t purchasing a plan you can only create 1 tracker?!?

Just roll it back already

Like others have stated, this app used to be nice, if not perfect. All we really needed was a fix to the buggy way background images are handled. Now that that is actually worse, I don’t even bother with them anymore.

The latest update erased all of my dates.

I’ve been using this app for years, and had nearly 100 dates saved. I’m assuming the latest update was the cause. I reached out for help, to no avail.
Help would still be appreciated.
