Only three stars

Because the app doesn’t reset on its own I have to turn the phone off and back on the reload the puzzle each day. My other games reload each day with out having to do a manual reset.

I actually liked how easy it was to use

.. but there isn’t an option to restart from the beginning so after I thought I messed up I had to keep clicking back until I reached the beginning of the puzzle. Also I don’t think there is a solution to the first puzzle that I started because I put numbers that absolutely had to be placed in the correct square just to run into a position where I wasn’t able to because the square was already taken by another number. (Twice this happened; this is a beginner puzzle it couldn’t be me). Overall, a waste of time.

Not handy to pick numbers

The layout is too far apart, and switching numbers is not easy. I don’t like the design at all.

Best Sudoku Game Ever

I’ve been looking for a solid daily sudoku challenge and Dayoku checks all the boxes. It gets my brain going for just the right amount of time each morning before I start my day!

Good exercise

The good: the interface highlights numbers you’re about to enter in a square which makes it much easier to figure out if you’re wrong or right to do so. Intuitive. The timer is nice touch too, I found myself challenging myself (lol?) to do it faster.

The bad: you are not able to change the settings to dark mode unless you subscribe. Since the default is what I would use anyway, this didn’t bother me.
