About
Most trackers make you log for a month before they tell you anything. DaySense hands you a working theory of what makes your good days good — on day one.
Describe your last genuinely good day and your last rough one. Two minutes later you have your good-day profile: the 3–5 conditions that seem to drive your best days, in plain language. No mood scores, no scatter plots, no clinical anything.
Then a 20-second nightly check-in sharpens it. Rate the day, tap what was there, done. Every check-in either confirms a driver or knocks it down — you watch the confidence move, so you always know what's theory and what's proven.
HOW IT WORKS
• Two minutes of setup: one good day, one rough day, in your own words
• Your good-day profile, immediately — a working theory, honestly labeled as one
• Nightly check-in: one rating, a tap-grid of factors, an optional note
• The numbers are computed, never invented: DaySense only claims a pattern your own logs back up
• Weather attaches automatically, so outdoor patterns surface on their own
DAYSENSE PRO
• The why behind each driver, as the evidence firms up
• Tomorrow's setup: one or two concrete moves to stack tomorrow in your favor
• The weekly read: what your best days had in common, your strongest signal, and one thing to try next week — your first one is free
Your data stays yours: private by default, never sold. Sign in comes after you've seen your profile, not before.
Stop having good days by accident.
