Still waiting

Up until a month ago I would’ve rated this app decently, but since then it’s been frustrating. They’ve come out with “updates” to fix the issue, but Apple subscribers are still not able to use remote access to put notes in. This has caused those of us in our salon with iPhones , to have spend extra time out of our day waiting to use the desktop version in the office to put notes in the system. It’s a minor inconvenience but an over a month later during the busiest time of the year, we still have no fix to the problem. PLEASE FIX THIS

Constantly Having Issues

This app is crucial for the studio I work for and it hardly ever actually functions anymore. It’s constantly glitching and erroring out. The past couple of months have been awful. I really hope for everyone’s sake that this is resolved soon as it is a widespread issue with the app.

Save your money

This company is an absolute JOKE the app NEVER works. And don’t even bother calling customer service cause they’re useless.

Only works periodically

I’ve been using this app for a few years now and it doesn’t work multiple times a month for anywhere between a couple hours to more than 24 hours. I’m in a large salon (25 stylists) that using the main desktop version and we use mobile app and all have problems. Very frustrating and wish they would come out with better bug fixes because when it works it’s very good.

Won’t load. Constant crashes.

The app loads one time out of ten. A lot of crashes. Frustrating that I can’t access. Old version was a lot better.

Terrible

Now only chat to fix your problem!! Terrible system absolutely terrible. Gift card service down for weeks costing us money. Absolutely horrible

crashes, notifications, bugs everywhere

This app is one of the worst I have ever used. It had potential with so many flaws that are never looked into or updated bc it’s been happening for years since I have had this app. Now everytime I open it, the app just simply crashes. I even uninstalled it and re-start my phone and nothing. If you can use another one that isn’t this, I highly recommend!

Would not recommend.

This app is constantly crashing or unable to refresh my appointments. It’s extremely limited in what you can do on the mobile version.

Issues with app

This app has been glitching for 3 weeks straight I’ve been having issues scheduling, one minute it’s showing the appointments the next it disappears. I’m not the only one having this issue others are as well in the salon. Talk with representatives via text and no solution, they even said they’ve never had this problem. This is a big pain and I’m paying for the system. Please help @daysmartsalon

Great product

I have been using the grooming product since 2011. I was fortunate that I got in before they switched to monthly subscriptions. I am still using version 11 as there is no need for me to upgrade.

I highly recommend the remote access feature. Because my shop works on a one hour appointment system, (one pet in and finished to go home hourly), means the feature allowing clients to book online doesn't work for my shop.

Great software for laptops. Worthless on phone app. It will not log in on app but will on laptop.
