Can’t sign in
The device my mom received seems to be defective. Thought I’d download the app to see if any info would help troubleshoot. But after creating an acct and verifying it, it just goes in a loop… when I try to sign in again the app says the acct must be verified. Over and over. Can’t actually sign in. Worthless app, worthless device.
