I was stuck in Puño and out of affordable options after a nightmare experience with the bus company and no confirmation with Uber. I needed to get to Arequipa and I took a chance. Not only was the price way better than all the other options. They reached out quickly and we were connected with a nice, professional driver within an hour. I wish I knew about them sooner. Application reviews are for applications, not for services.
The service is fine, however, it's easily circumvented with WhatsApp so keep that in mind. The application features themselves are hardly necessary.
This is where the real review begins. Today when I changed the language on my phone, all my trips disappeared. My initial intent was to modify the itinerary of a trip. Apparently this is not permitted at this time, either because it's too late or it was never possible. Either way, the application should've told me which is the case.
The best part is that my driver is telling me I can't change the itinerary of my trip without doing so in the application. Therefore, my travel is being hindered rather than enabled by this application.

Do not recommend at all. Questionable business practices.
Really disappointed in the app and whole process.
At first it seemed like a dream. Book a local driver to take you a decent distance and build an itinerary along the way. Sure, you pay more than finding a local yourself, but it offers the veil of security and safety. How wrong we were.
What a great idea - EXCEPT - they offer multiple stops that are impossible because the attractions are closed.
We found this out when our driver told us one of our stops (that accounted for around 15% of our total cost) was closed.
We then checked on line and he was right.
We got in contact with day trip who basically said “our terms say nothing is guaranteed”.
We checked a couple of days later and they are still offering these stops! Blatant cashing in on the tourists they know can’t be visiting the extra stops they’re paying for.

Review for company not app
Downloaded app after using their website so this is more service review, not for the app. Transfer from Tulum to Cancun was quick and efficient. Well priced compared to extortion that would have been hiring a taxi. Professional service, done well, nice driver. To the company: don’t change anything.

My family booked a ride from Granada Spain to Seville. It was great. The driver was friendly, courteous, helpful, safe and on time. The vehicle was comfortable and fit our luggage. Great service, I highly recommend it.

I can’t speak as yet for the app as it is just out but I recently used the company on a holiday around various places in Albania and the service was excellent - as promised English speaking driver, great service, drove very safely, on time and extremely helpful. Very highly recommended
