I bought tickets to a museum. If I buy flights, I can have a wallet pass. But for this museum, apparently I need an app with the QR code in, that doesn’t have wallet integration. The first thing it does is asks for a review, and asks for notifications.
With respect, I didn’t want any of this. I paid quite a lot to take my family to a museum. I don’t want an extra app download added in to this experience. The app seems to make life more complex for me, not less.

Book First Party! Headout is worse in every way
I was looking to get two tickets to Kew Gardens last weekend. This was the app and booking that first popped up, and I didn’t know it any better to book through this app. However, it was both cheaper and would have been less hassle to go directly through Kew Gardens. This is the case in many situations. It is probably better to book directly, and it would have saved me some time and money to have just taken some time to view the first party options.

Horrible customer support
Booked a tour through them. Tour guide never showed up yet we were there 15 mins prior to tour starting time. When I contacted them their response was sorry we can’t do anything about it.
Fabulous evening cruise on the river Danube
Everything was very enjoyable. The warm welcome, great table on the top deck, lovely hostess staff, every dish was delicious and the wine was a reasonable price.
The views of the early evening Buda and Pest with iconic landmarks moved into a fairyland - like bonanza of the lit up riverside and city buildings.
Would definitely recommend the Premium dinner choice.
