No Customer service
Not the first time I’ve used this app, but it is the last. I booked a full day directly from one venue’s website. I bought four tickets to a museum using this app. When my email confirmation arrived, tickets were for the wrong date.
Their customer service chat does not work properly, and did not display all of the text in the conversation. Obviously a problem with their App. The person who was supposed to be “helping me” said he was having trouble. And yet, they told me I must’ve booked the tickets wrong. They issued tickets for the wrong date and just took my money. I suggest you use GetYourGuide or book directly on attraction sites. v

It’s a con!
This is a trick, don’t fall for it, they claim the website is the official website for the museum of Naples but it’s not. It’s just a link to their ticket agency. The site told me there were no tickets available today so I had to take a guided tour and pay more. It was a lie, there are plenty of tickets available at the door. It’s a dirty trick.

Easy to use
Our 24 hr hop-on hop-off tour of Barcelona was well-organised and was hassle-free. The buses were frequent (around every 5 minutes), but on one of them the air-con seemed to malfunction which meant a pretty uncomfortable 30-40 minutes. Other than that, chapeaux and bravo!
