Doesn’t work- so far!!

I’ve booked a tour in Florence with this app as the audio guide. I’ve installed the app and checked that I have enough space on my phone, and that the iOS is up to date. The icon is on my screen, so now I just need to go on holiday, but no….when I open the app all I get is a flash of an orange screen and then it closes…every time. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but to no avail. Please help me to fix this! Thank you!

excellent audio guide in English🙏

Grateful for this audio guide in English. I was not able to listen to this while I was there due to poor cell service. I am listening at home and reliving this experience. Thank you very much❣️🙏🛐☦️
