Doesn’t work- so far!!
I’ve booked a tour in Florence with this app as the audio guide. I’ve installed the app and checked that I have enough space on my phone, and that the iOS is up to date. The icon is on my screen, so now I just need to go on holiday, but no….when I open the app all I get is a flash of an orange screen and then it closes…every time. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but to no avail. Please help me to fix this! Thank you!

We visited Paris and bought guided tour tickets to the Louvre. Be aware the guided tour is this app and they are reading a script. Tickets are substantially more money than if you went directed through the website. Their customer service is non-existent. They pry on tourists. Do not download do not go through FEELTHECITYTOURS.COM

Don’t Waste Your Time
Terrible! I purchase 4 tickets to enter Castel Sant’Angelo in Rome. The QR code on the ticket only allowed a single user to access the data. How bad is that when you are a group leader! Don’t waste your time trying to use the Pop Guide unless you purchase individual tickets… then it might actually deliver what is promised. 👎🏻

Missing much audio content
I was very excited to use this during our hop-on hop-off tour in Vienna, but it turns out that many of the stopping points list audio content but then it does not play. It will not help me but it would be great to have someone look into this for future travelers!

And then this app was what we actually paid for. It’s nearly impossible to download. I didn’t get it to work and several people in the party didn’t either. After over three times of trying the process from the beginning. St Peter’s Basilica.
Nothing will download!
The app is extremely disappointing. When trying to download the de Familia audio guide in English it will say it’s downloading produces network errors, even though I’m online try again, same errors or sits all the way at fully downloaded without closing out the download process and so therefore, I never get the download. The app doesn’t seem to function correctly.
