As first time visitors to Rome we felt the need for experience and expertise, and the Forum/ Colosseum/Palatine tour was excellent.
All the arrangements for meetup, etc. were clearly communicated via the app in advance.
The best part was our tour guide, Vamiano, who was personable, engaging, and informative without being ponderous.

Personal tour of the Villa Bourgese
Our guide to the the Villa spoke fluent English, French and Italian. She was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about objects in the collection. We enjoyed the experience immensely. The cost was nothing for one of the best afternoons of our lives.
