Could be a web site.

I bought tickets to a museum. If I buy flights, I can have a wallet pass. But for this museum, apparently I need an app with the QR code in, that doesn’t have wallet integration. The first thing it does is asks for a review, and asks for notifications.

With respect, I didn’t want any of this. I paid quite a lot to take my family to a museum. I don’t want an extra app download added in to this experience. The app seems to make life more complex for me, not less.

Book First Party! Headout is worse in every way

I was looking to get two tickets to Kew Gardens last weekend. This was the app and booking that first popped up, and I didn’t know it any better to book through this app. However, it was both cheaper and would have been less hassle to go directly through Kew Gardens. This is the case in many situations. It is probably better to book directly, and it would have saved me some time and money to have just taken some time to view the first party options.

Horrible customer support

Booked a tour through them. Tour guide never showed up yet we were there 15 mins prior to tour starting time. When I contacted them their response was sorry we can’t do anything about it.

Fabulous evening cruise on the river Danube

Everything was very enjoyable. The warm welcome, great table on the top deck, lovely hostess staff, every dish was delicious and the wine was a reasonable price.
The views of the early evening Buda and Pest with iconic landmarks moved into a fairyland - like bonanza of the lit up riverside and city buildings.
Would definitely recommend the Premium dinner choice.

Excellent for Sumo tournament bookings

The tour was really well organised. The meeting point and meeting times were clearly communicated, and we were given some excellent information sheets which helped to get us invested in all aspects of the sumo. Our guide showed us around the venue, before taking us to our seats, which were very well positioned with western style back support (S class). Having the fight schedule in front of us, the explanations of the sumo rankings, and explanations of the rituals, made for a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was brilliant, as was the food, and the commentary by our very knowledgeable and attentive guide. She also provided a lot of insightful background information for each of the wrestlers. Would highly recommend. Ps. Be sure to hold your radio upright to find clear signal for the commentary.

Lake cave experience

We had a great time visiting Lake Cave in Margaret River and would definitely give it 5 stars. The cave is beautiful, with amazing rock formations and the underground lake making it even more special. Walking down into the cave was an experience on its own, and it was well worth the steps.

A big thanks to our guide, Tom, who made the tour really enjoyable. He was friendly, easy to listen to, and threw in a few dad-calibre jokes. You could tell he really enjoys what he does, and he was happy to answer questions along the way.

If you're visiting the Margaret River area, I'd definitely recommend adding Lake Cave to your list. It's a unique place to see, and having a great guide like Tom made the whole experience even better. We'd happily do the tour again.

4-Hour Tour WORTH IT!!

Lydia was our tour guide and was phenomenal! Being from Greek descent, I truly appreciated her knowledge about the history and culture. You can really tell she has a passion for what she does and is proud to be Greek! I learned so much! She took time to pause for breaks and found shade for us as it was quite HOT! It was very well organized. Such a memorable experience! Thank you!

dubai aquarium and burj khalfia combo tickets

the aquarium! it was amazing to be able to feel a shark gor the first time!! the burj khalifa was good too, not too busy but would recommend going on a more clear day as we couldnt see past a certain point!

Horrible company. It’s a scam

I booked several tickets with them to Krakow. Every single ticket was refundable. Or so they claimed. They lied. Skylar in customer service is an idiot. The system booked me for August 20 when I booked the ticket for August 13. Literally two minutes later I tried to address the issue. They won’t do a thing for me. I lost $500. Headout is a scam. Don’t do business with them

This was an amazing experience! Highly recommend using this service if you want to experience the Grand Sumo Tournament. The guide was very knowledgeable and really informative. The tournament itself is an incredible piece of Japanese culture that I feel lucky to have experienced.
