Scam app
Do not use this app. Booked to see Christ the redeemer in Rio at 11.00 via this app. When we arrived the train operator said the website is a scam and they’ve already made multiple complaints about it. They wouldn’t give us tickets for 11.00 as they said the time slot isn’t valid. They wouldn’t give us only give us tickets for the evening. When I complained to head out they wouldn’t give us refund us saying they have a strict no refund policy, they wouldn’t give us only offer us 25% off our next booking. Appalling service, do not use this site.

Puffing Billy tour - Melbourne, Australia
From the start our guide, Simon, was very charismatic and knowledgeable, really enjoyed our time with him. Puffing Billy was iconic, rainy weather should not put you off at all, there's something about going through gumtree forests in the rain that is just wonderful. Both sides of the carriage get good views but if you can manage it, the right side has a few more valleys under you if you're sitting on the windowsills. Afterwards there's a cafe at the lake with a good selection of hot and cold food. If you're from overseas try a lemon, lime and bitters soda it's an Australian icon! Next up is the animal sanctuary, you'll have time to see everything, but plan your route to end with the bird show, it's fantastic (and slightly different every time, the birds decide if they want to participate or not). The gift shop here has a pretty good selection too, so leave yourself enough time for a look around. Finally, a stop for ice cream and chocolate! The cafe can be quite busy so better to order first if you plan to eat, but it's a better use of your time to get an ice cream or hot chocolate for takeaway then browse the shop and the vineyard outside. Headout-easy to use with great options
We booked a saint Chapelle-conciergerie double with Headout. It’s not the first time we’ve used Headout as our booking agent and once again, we had no issues with tickets, slipped the line and had an amazing experience.
Easy to Use
This app made booking our tour so easy! We did the Niagara Falls Skylon Tower, Hydro Plant, and Falls tour.
My favorite part about the tour was the self-guided tour of the hydro plant, including going down into the tunnel. However, our tour guide was so knowledgable about the area and brought in her own personal experiences and her dad's experiences, which really added to the experience! We thought we were going to miss the tour since we went to the Starbucks outside the tower instead of in the upper lobby . . . But we were so glad to make it and get to enjoy such a lovely learning experience!

Quinta da Regaleira tickets and audio guide
Buying tickets in advance was very helpful because they had sold out for the day when we got there. It was a relief that I had already booked the tickets. We could easily skip any lines and head inside. Glad that they give a 30min window for entry. The audio guide was useful to get an intro to the place. I had downloaded it in advance. We didn't listen to the whole guide. Just stood near the entrance, listened to a few sections before heading over to explore. It was useful to have some guidance. Also, glad that the audio guide is available offline in the app, once downloaded.

Worst Experience Ever
Unfortunately I have to give this one star which is far too high. Audio guides didn’t arrive, spent hours with bots and online help getting moved around and promised refunds came as partial credits to a future purchase which I’ll never use as I’ll never use this app/company again

As a disabled travel I was treated exceptionally well by the staff. I did however find it a little too full with uncontrollable children pushing and shoving me. The ride itself was exceptional, clean and roomy. A great experience. My granddaughter really enjoyed it. It was a stunning treat. Good value for money. I accidentally made an incorrect booking and it was so easily and simply resolved and so quickly.
Guide never showed, Headout denied refund
Headout sold us a visit package for the Eiffel Tower. On the day, the “partner company” Touristica Tours’ guide never showed, and the contact number provided went to a blank voicemail box. I contacted Headout for a refund and we were told the “partner company” policy was not to give any refunds. Currently trying to claw back our money. Once I started googling, I saw many others had had the same thing happen.
Lesson learned - Don’t waste your money. Don’t trust this app.

Ticket did not work
I paid for 2 universal tickets and you sent me the exact same ticket in 2 separate pdfs. I only realized when i tried to enter the park and was unable to enter it. I need assistance and you do not answer emails or help. I jeed my refund
