Used for the first time last week
I used the app for the first time last week. It kept giving me an error, no matter what I did. My coworker who is standing right next to me was able to order from the same location without an issue. I wound up selecting a different location, and it went through. This app needs a lot of work, is bulky, and difficult to use. It also didn’t specify what the problem was, so there was no way to figure out how to fix it. I ordered the same exact thing at a different location and it finally went through.

STEALING MONEY
The Dazbog app had an issue where when trying to load money it would give an error saying that it could not load the money. I tried a few time to get it to work, but my Dazbog account still showed $0. When looking at my bank account later it showed I was charged for all the money I tried to load. This is an issue they were aware of and after phone calls and many emails, I still do not have my money refunded over 6 weeks later. Some of my emails have been unanswered and they just keep blaming the app makers saying it is them who need to give me the money back. It has been a huge pain to get this money back and I honestly don’t know if I ever will. So do not download this app and if you already did, definitely check your accounts! If they aren’t even giving a refund back to someone who is trying, then I guarantee a lot of people had their money stolen that don’t check their bank accounts to notice that it was taken out.

I cannot purchase via app
I’m not sure why, but I am unable to make purchases thru the app. I go through the whole thing, but get an error message during the transaction. I’ve tried on many occasions and with different cards. :-(

Doesn’t work anymore?
App used to work fine, didn’t seem to update based on the stores availability and the workers never made it until I got there…. But now it doesn’t even work. Have tried several times to place an order and it just keeps saying error when trying to pay. So that’s useless. :(
