Used for the first time last week
I used the app for the first time last week. It kept giving me an error, no matter what I did. My coworker who is standing right next to me was able to order from the same location without an issue. I wound up selecting a different location, and it went through. This app needs a lot of work, is bulky, and difficult to use. It also didn’t specify what the problem was, so there was no way to figure out how to fix it. I ordered the same exact thing at a different location and it finally went through.

STEALING MONEY
The Dazbog app had an issue where when trying to load money it would give an error saying that it could not load the money. I tried a few time to get it to work, but my Dazbog account still showed $0. When looking at my bank account later it showed I was charged for all the money I tried to load. This is an issue they were aware of and after phone calls and many emails, I still do not have my money refunded over 6 weeks later. Some of my emails have been unanswered and they just keep blaming the app makers saying it is them who need to give me the money back. It has been a huge pain to get this money back and I honestly don’t know if I ever will. So do not download this app and if you already did, definitely check your accounts! If they aren’t even giving a refund back to someone who is trying, then I guarantee a lot of people had their money stolen that don’t check their bank accounts to notice that it was taken out.

I cannot purchase via app
I’m not sure why, but I am unable to make purchases thru the app. I go through the whole thing, but get an error message during the transaction. I’ve tried on many occasions and with different cards. :-(

Doesn’t work anymore?
App used to work fine, didn’t seem to update based on the stores availability and the workers never made it until I got there…. But now it doesn’t even work. Have tried several times to place an order and it just keeps saying error when trying to pay. So that’s useless. :(
Love the app, wish there were more Daz Bogs
Since downloading this app a few years ago My use has steadily decreased because the number of Daz Bog franchises has decreased. This is probably because of the ridiculous rents in Denver but it’s still disappointing.

Useless Without GPS Enabled
This would be great app if it were usable without GPS. Which is strange because the Search function looks like it was designed to allow manual searches by address or area, however that is completely nonfunctional without redundant GPS access.
I love Dazbog coffee, but their locations can be hidden away in larger facilities like hospitals and hotels. I would love to be able to use this app without having to enable GPS.

Would be nice to see a menu “after hours”
App works great but seeing the menu without choosing how you’ll purchase would be a big improvement…
Misses the mark
A points system should earn points based off the number of drinks you buy, not the number of visits.
I get gift cards to Dazbog for Christmas as that is the coffee shop inside the hospital. It would be nice if I were able to add the gift cards to the app like other well known coffee shops.

UPDATE: Just got a response from Dazbog... 5 years and 11months later. Haha! My previous 2-star rating is officially justified.
So, what Dazbog does is they collect up your purchases and then bill your credit card once a month instead of charging your credit card at the time of the transaction.
Dazbog says this is to help their franchisees save money on credit card transaction fees. Then, they contradict themselves by saying they pass the savings back on to the customer. So which one is it? Does the business save or does the customer save?
Either way, I don't like the idea of having outstanding charges awaiting me once a month for coffee. Maybe for my utility bill, but not coffee.
If you don't mind all that, this app will be fine for you.
As for me, I'm deleting it.

My local Dazbog doesn't accept it
App isn't much good if you can't use it. I strolled in to my local Dazbog only to find out that they don't support this app. They are still printing out receipts and having me sign them (ugh) - back to Starbucks I guess

My favorite new app!
I've seen the LevelUp scanners at Mad Greens and Garbanzo before, so I decided to try out the new Dazbog App. My initial feedback - WOW! The app saves me time every morning, let's me pay with my phone (so cool!) and saves me money (aka more coffee!) the more I visit!
