Can’t verify the hkid. It turns on the flash automatically and must use light background. The flash light has reflection on the id card. They always charge the credit card annual fee secretly. They override the agreement when subscribing the new card. Definitely not a honest bank.
Totally useless
I can only view the statement with this apps. I have called the customer service but they couldn’t help. They just asked me to delete and download again. I cannot even see my current balance or redeem any points.

It’s just dumb when it asks to to enter ID and Password BUT IT ONLY has the PW field!
FaceID is never ever usable!
And when I try in mainland China with card already linked up with Wechat wallet, it asks me to open this garbage app to authorize payment, HOW INCONVENIENT!

They changed OTP to app notifications approval for saving budget
They changed OTP to app notifications approval for saving budget. It’s perfect for slowing down any payment combine force upgrade with app notification. Didn’t the merchant or I pay the transaction fee? Is there any great reason to cost saving for serving ur customers? I don’t think so.
Cancellation
2 cards I was using often for my daily tasks. But it was cancelled within a year that I was not unfortunately expected. Not happy about it.

The app hide the annual fee and user can only see that if they click the estatement - in the transaction records this fee is simply hidden;
The current amount due always omit the cash rebate and they deliberately bold the inflated value without rebate to fool user to repay more every month;
The category for a lot of transactions are wrong and they never adjust it even if you phoned they multiple times;
This just shows what a cheap company this is as they try every means to fool customers in innovative ways constantly. Beware of every transactions in this app and check everything.

Failing password
This app is literal trash. I use password from my apple password (which is supposedly to be the same every time I entered my password) , but it just kept failing. I pressed forget password and reset, typing exactly the same password and the system said this password is the same as the existing one. I tried to enter the same one to login my account and it failed again.
I just wanted to add my card to my apple pay but it just forced me to use this app.
Not recommended and this is just completely wasting my time.

After upgrade the app, I can’t log in anymore
I love DBS apps including this credit card app. However, after this recent update, the log in page keep asking me to input my Card+ ID account number which has no place to input at all. This is a very silly bug and makes everything so stupid. Now I cannot log into this app to perform my task. Hope you can see this message and fix it asap.

How can I register?!?? I can not use my card for anything online without this app… not even Apple Pay! It’s ridiculous to force people to download a useless app for Apple Pay or Alipay use. This is making me furioussss!!!!!! Ahhhh!!!!
