Why doesn’t app come with a scanner?
The biggest problem with this app is that it doesn’t have scanning capabilities, which would allow you to scan your ticket and get instant information. Instead they option for a outside scanner that you can download for a cost. Why cut corners with such a important feature?

I downloaded app. It doesn't have a built in scanner to check tickets. Your app wants a user to suscribe to an app which isn't proper.

Is it really that difficult to add ticket scanning to your app? If Maryland and Virginia lottery apps have it, what’s wrong with your programmers?

You should be able to watch the horse races and Keno and all the games that are featured by the DC lottery

With this new app I found it impossible to check the results of these games. Previously it was very convenient to check your Keno and Race2Riches results.
New DC Lottery App
Too busy with unnecessary pop ups and the system does not update quick enough with the results of the drawings of the daily numbers. The old one was better why did y’all change it?

I’m not able to see the number breakdown (i. e., how much you win on: Five digits, four of a kind and one odd number or three and two odd numbers, etc.)
