Do not put a single dollar here. I have been trying to withdrawal 100$ for nearly a month. They’ve asked for verification of a virtual card I used and I provided it multiple times with rejection and no reason behind it. Customer service does not answer the phone and the help chat doesn’t do much either. Absolute disgrace.

Terrible is an understatement. This app is a complete waste of time. You can’t scan your tickets even if you do get logged in when you sign back out magically it no longer knows your account information. They need to scrap this and start from scratch. if I could give it negative stars I would.

Only thing I like about this app is scanning tickets. Be aware and double check your tickets because I had a winner and it kept saying non winning ticket. I took it to the store and the machine showed winner.
They have a “Winning Wednesday” promotion. I scanned 4 of the appropriate tickets and was promised a coupon for a free powerball ticket. Never got it and in my achievements it says I didn’t enter. It allowed me to win points on a wheel game and that’s it. Maybe fix this app to work!

Waste of time and &
Withdrawing money is basically impossible, but they take it easily. Games are a joke, better off playing real casino games. This whole app should be investigated cause it’s so scammy.
