Withdrawing money is basically impossible, but they take it easily. Games are a joke, better off playing real casino games. This whole app should be investigated cause it’s so scammy.

Why were the jackpot amounts removed? I have to now go to the website of each game to see the jackpots. This app keeps getting worse and worse.

I only wanted to check my ticket. Some fool thought it was a good idea to require a login to check tickets. Only problem is your APP is absolute trash and the login doesn’t work.
Thank god I don’t live in Delaware so I have the option to SKIP your state when purchasing a lotto ticket while traveling.

Don’t waste your money on this app.. they let you deposit but not withdrawal without a bank account or PayPal which it doesn’t have an option to add your PayPal and you have to add more money to add another option 🤨

I won $260 just to be told that I couldn’t withdraw my funds without an ACH account. (YET THEY LET ME DEPOSIT USING MY CASHAPP)I called customer support and Laura or whatever their name was spoke to me in a condescending manner. I only wanted to check my ticket. Someone decided to force a login to do this. The problem is the login doesn’t work. This app is trash and I will not buy another Delaware lottery ticket until it’s fixed.

I’ve had problems ever since they created this app. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it. Don’t believe the description that says you can check your tickets to see if they are winners. I tried contacting the “chat feature” for help and it just kept putting me back in the queue. So, I called the customer service number and evidently that number is for PA ilottery as well because after giving her my email, she asked if I had a PAilottery account and I said I have a Delaware ilottery account, then she found it and told me the scanner is only for entering tickets for points and second chance drawings. So, I read her the description on the APP STORE that says “check your tickets to see if they are winners” and she said “Someone must have forgot to remove that, Is there anything else I can help you with?” That’s the best feature of the app and they took it away? Maybe because half the time it didn’t work anyway, since the “new” app took over. DELAWARE LOTTERY . . . . DO BETTER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS

Scanning issues
The app seems to have a lot of bugs. When I scan my tickets it does not tell me if I won or lost. It just says scanned. I have deleted and reinstalled several times.
Sucks
Why offer the option to use biometric login credentials when the apps makes you sign in each time? I noticed when you now scan a ticket, it doesn’t show if you are not a winner. WTH!
So may issues
The latest update improved something but other stuff broke. The email address saved with password vaults doesn’t get applied to the login and I have to manually type my email address. Now when scanning tickets which have not won there is no message anymore above the scan another ticket button, so you can’t tell for sure if the ticket has won or not. Please fix.

So I’ve noticed that the app does scan tickets, enter points, and show winning tickets. What it doesn’t do is show if the ticket is NOT a winner now. Which leads one to believe that the app is broken. I’m going to guess that some low self esteem person with emotional problems complained about being called a “loser” so they removed it to the detriment of the rest of us. Bring back the old app and create a separate app for online gaming or FIX THE CURRENT APP!

So now the latest problem for over a week is that the ticket scanner doesn’t work. It scans but there is no info. Removing and reinstalling the app does not help. And entering tickets on the website is tedious and does not show if the ticket is a winner or not.
Will you people please do something about this by FIXING the app instead of trying to update and add things. We pay for the app by buying lottery tickets and providing personal information (which we shouldn’t have to do. If online lottery is so important, then have a separate app).

Not sure what the thoughts were about subjecting us to this new app. But it is not very intuitive, they want an SSN now due to online gambling so they can report a $600 win to the IRS, and points accumulated from the previous app are nowhere to be found.
I understand they just put it out a few hours ago, but it is alarming to not see all of your previous points anywhere.
What happened to new apps and features being helpful.
And on top of that, they made the website useless. They redesigned the players club and there is no place to manually enter tickets. I was trying to because the app keeps giving an error when I scan tickets. And when I try again it says the ticket was already entered but I don’t see those points. Completely useless now. And they expect people to connect bank accounts and upload money into this?
They seemed to spend more time and energy on responsible gambling all over the site than what’s actually useful.

The mobile app constantly throws up errors since the major “update” a few months ago. And this morning the web site displayed a huge “Server error” message. Useless. Total garbage.
