Face ID doesn’t work on the mobile app.
Difficult to use
This has proven to be a difficult app to use, and it’s been near impossible to set up a transfer to another bank.

Flagstar's long march to a functioning online banking system
It's been a long wait for Flagstar's new online banking program! I can't remember how many times I have complained to them about their site over the years and wondered if my complaints would be listened to. Now, I am ecstatic about their site. It's so easy to use and so far no glitches! Congratulations to the team that put it together! They deserve bonuses!

New app same as the old app except…
Zelle is a trash service that exposes depositors to a service with zero safeguards. The service is notorious for fraud and zero customer service where bank accounts have been drained. It seems the “new” app is only new in that it features Zelle, something that absolutely no one should use, prominently on the front page.

Best bank EVER
We’ve had our checking and savings accounts at DCB for almost 30 years. We have had such an amazing relationship with DCB that we have kept it as our bank even though we no longer live in CA. We have appreciated the consistently conscientious attitude demonstrated by DCB staff. Their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure our accounts are safe, and that our money is being used to best accomplish our goals, reflects an attitude that is becoming a rarity in today’s world.

New DCB App
App seems to have more features than the last app and the camera seems is the best upgrade making it a lot easier to take pictures of my check.

I would like to see check off boxes next ti each debit showing I reconciled certain checks instead of having to go back through all of them. And i do not like that I cannot access my accounts in my PC but I can on my phone. Inconvenient.

Locked me out
Ever since they switched to flagstar this app is a dud. This app used to work really well and now I can’t even log in and my login account was restricted. It’s useless if we can’t even use what this app is intended for.
Read the fine print
DCB seems like a nice enough small bank. However, it is a secondary account for me and infrequently used. As with most of us, and excuse me for assuming, but somewhere in the paperwork it must have explained “inactivity fees”. Imagine my surprise when I opened my account to make a mobile deposit to find $20 deducted due to inactivity! So because I didn’t use the account and the bank didn’t have to do anything and they still have my money, I am losing money!
To save time I did the deposit of a small check (there’s your activity for November & Happy Thanksgiving) and I will be moving the account elsewhere! Another bank will appreciate storing my money more DCB!
PS-I know it’s a Flagstar policy, not DCB!

I love the opportunity to deposit remotely and enjoy the ease of this feature.
However, your bill pay feature has some issues. I mistakenly put a wrong address for a vendor on bill pay and there are no instructions that allow me to delete the vendor.
