I’ve been trying to download ts and it’s just not loading and I have 430 mps download speed
Did they even try?
Had this app not even 24 hours so far and I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall 3 times already because the app will literally sit and not load up. Majority of the time I’ve had the app I’ve stayed waiting for it to load. Do better. Already bad enough that the buses are never on time
Actually terrible
In the real time map, there's a solid chance that
1.) The bus icon that tracks where the bus is at in real time is either incorrect of just *doesn't show up to begin with* (happened to me several times) and/or
2.) There's an issue with the arrival time predictor. In my experience it's usually that it'll say a bus will show up at a certain time and the bus ends up way later than can realistically be considered from traffic (it does move the time in the app but if the bus is 20 minutes out why does the app say it's 7?) Or in the case that I just had today, it gives you a time for a bus that doesn't even exist.
I had a bus that was supposed to show up at 11:50, the app *said* it was due at our stop on time, but nobody there saw it, and the app just removed the arrival time same way it does when the bus *does* show up, so clearly there wasn't even a late bus or anything, it just broke and gave us a ghost.
Ended up having to wait another half hour for the next bus, and at that point just remove the time if there isn't a bus there so you don't have people standing out for 50 minutes for no reason.

Idk why people keep giving this app a bad review but there was no mess up for me I use this to get back and forth to school everyday and not one mess up
Bus Tracker App
This app has been down all day today 10/22/2023. What’s the problem? It’s already crazy when the drivers can turn off the tracker signal on their bus. What’s going on for the app to be down!?
Malfunction
So the first bus passed my son up as he was on his way home from school. I said not a problem. It’s an app to tel me exactly where the next one is. Boom. Download the app. As I’m watching, the bus just disappears off the screen. Mad is an understatement.
Fix it
Got the app to work 1 single time and it wasn’t when I needed it to.
Horrible
The app doesn’t even work!!!!! It never opened up at all! I deleted it, downloaded it, deleted, downloaded, and deleted again with no luck. Fix the app
