Always nice to be on the Tram, clean area with friendly people to chat with and the AC needs updating, some Trams are newer and very comfortable and some older ones are needing some maintenance 🧑🔧😉❤️
Lateness and tracking.
I really dislike this app, and its growing continuously. Today i got ready and stood by the bus stop. I waited and waited over the exact time, nobody came! I am now 20 minutes late. On the tracking, it says it comes in 5 minutes, however it nevet comes. I ended up waiting triple that time, and after that i go to figure another route, the bus ends up coming. The tracking system just doesn’t work. Unfortunately there is ko other system, however this system is not in my interests.
I also wish they added english, they send me many emails in my inbox on the app and i cant understand them!

No Apple Pay
Seem to think typing in card details to buy a ticket is a good thing, when Apple Pay would make payment for tickets simple

Vrijwel onbruikbare app
Vrijwel onbruikbare app, wat een geknoei. Heb het maar met Maps uitgezocht en kaartje uit een automaat gekocht. De andere daar deed het trouwens niet.
Always delayed and deviated!
This is the worst public transportation system that I have ever seen in my life (after living in 6 different countries)! The app shows you a bus schedule but buses never come on the time predicted by the app! Meanwhile, they often have temporary rout deviation but normally it is not notified in the app. Very disorganized and it wastes my time everyday. NOT recommended!

Do not TAP the MOBILE
Do not tap the mobile on the machine inside the bus. It changes you automatically 7.50 euros. The most expensive tram/bus trip I have see in the world.

Location issue
There is no way fix the location missing warning because the lication settings are missing!
Tickets I Purchased Disappeared
App suddenly removed the tickets I had previously purchased. Absolutely ridiculous.
Slightly better version
This version now shows a working app, with language options for both Dutch and English. Signing in still is a farce (I've forgotten my password, and there is no password recovery option). However, signing in is now not needed to use the most important function of the app: the buying and using of tickets. Not a smooth ride, but after a while my purchase showed up and could be used on the bus.

Created and account, tried to sign in, said incorrect password, about the only bit in English, I’d not just typed it correctly twice to set the account up then immediately forgotten it! No option that I could find to recover the password, app immediately deleted.

I found this app very useful on vacation in Belgium. An English option and better station search options would have made life easier though.

I haven't used this app yet but it would be a lot easier to use it when I move to Belgium if there was an English option. I understand that I should learn their language so I don't mind if there won't be, but it would make transportation directions easier for me! Dank je

De app bugt, hij opent simpelweg niet
Personally I don't like the new UI
Not a big fan of the new UI. Maybe some time to get used to it. With the previous version, you could see the estimated arrival time for every stops and you could navigate to any in-between stops easily. Now it's gone.
