Transcription needs more work
Service is spotty at best and transcription has a lot to be desired. I am in noisy places much of the time and find that the transcription has been incorrect and causing embarrassing situations. I took a leap of faith because I thought it would be more focused on what deaf individuals are faced with in the real world. I am sadly mistaken. I am hard of hearing with hearing aids my hearing loss is considered profound.

No way to cancel
I signed up for the trial and found you cannot cancel on the app. Emailed their support and crickets.

Very helpful that this app has many languages
Moderately accurate
The app is very helpful understanding speech if the speaker is close. However, at a distance of 5+ feet, there are many mistakes. The app does go back and make corrections at times but not always. It doesn’t help much if background noise is present. It has extreme difficulty transcribing children’s voices. I have used it in church; it would be helpful if religious vocabulary and books of the Bible were added. Many words in this category come out gibberish. Overall I am glad I bought the app. It will be helpful in some situations. I think that the accuracy will get better with time.
