Latest update drops support for some devices

Before the latest update the app bimodally controlled my Nucleus 8 and Amplifon R 5 OM 13T, which is a rebranded Resound Omnia. This update does not detect the Amplifon. Confirmed by my audiologist. Fortunately still have full bimodal use and control using iOS accessibility settings.

Costly update

I paid $3000 for hearing aid that is compatible with my cochlear app and the app will not pair with both my hearing aid and Nucleus cochlear implant, after installing update.

The new update is now working.

After many attempts and several days of trying to get the app to work it is now working. When I first got it to work all of the features weren’t working so I started again and it wouldn’t connect. I waited a few hours and it had finished the setup while I was doing something else. Everything is working now.

Not working as it should

It’s repeatedly goes off line and you have to start from scratch to pair your hearing aids. I don’t know how older people are managing with this sort of challenges but l as a health care professional, have difficulty to navigate between the accessiblity and back to the app and still not working. I followed the advice step by step.
It’s a waste of time. A new better working app needed.

New UI

I think it looks good. The cards and thicker borders were a good style choice. From one dev to another, I appreciate what you are doing.
