Quit working two weeks ago
The app stopped working two weeks ago .
Following thw instructions in the app to forget the device etc failes deleting the app and reloading it gives the same exact error

Really bad
I have tried the app for years and through various updates and I keep being disappointed. It fails to connect my devices as a pair, looses connection or forget devices frequently. My professional audiologist has also not been able to fix the issues. Not rocket science and the really dropped the ball.

Worse apps ever
Why change update everything bring back old one please. Because new one keep say connect again and again. It was extremely frustrated and waste of time . Old one connect one time and easy and faster
App takes taking the batteries off, rebooting the app 3x to get it going - EVERY TIME
This version needs an immediate revision/patch, or revert back to the old version, which ran flawlessly. I love my CIs, but as far as apps go, this app is the only iOS app that has EVER given me problems ⚠️. Pretty sad that the app controlling a Medical device is defective.
New, not improved
The latest update sounds great, but doesn’t work. I’ve unpaired, paired, uninstalled and installed the app twice now turning off my phone in between and first try just gave me details but none of the touch settings to change volume, programs, etc worked. Attempt #2 shows processors are paired and immediately goes to error message that no processors are paired. Did that twice and I’m over it. I guess I’ll stick with iPhone to control what I can which sucks since focus option isn’t available and I need that when I’m at places with overhead music and tons of noise.
