I. Love. Deal Seal! And here’s why…
I’m a third generation Realtor that grew up in the industry and have been active for five years. I started with a reputable company and professional coaching as soon as I joined the industry and expected to use the main tools provided to me. Not exactly. The CRM I was using had been heavily researched, but for me the process was overwhelming and time consuming so I rarely used it. The one tool I used most was a lead tracker spreadsheet that tracked my leads, commissions, etc and kept things simple. It to had its faults as the leads still took time to upload which I had to do on my desktop and wasn’t intuitive. Then came Deal Seal. I could quickly add a lead, important dates and contacts. Basically, it has pretty much everything I need to track my clients and monitor my business. And, it continues to improve with updates as it’s literally created for the industry. I have enjoyed and can actually manage well when using this app when I have 3 or 15 transactions in motion as I always have it with me and am checking in on it every day. I also find it to act somewhat as a coach to me as I can track my numbers and the intuitive insights tell me where I need to be and when if I want to reach my annual goals which keeps me pushing forward. There’s just a great feeling helping clients along and swiping a transaction from hot to buyer or seller to pending to closed!
