The app is terrible! Not only can you not read the pale grey descriptions but it is also impossible to read their replies to enquiries beyond the 1st line! Add this to the fact their customer service is alternatively non existent or appallingly rude and unprofessional. Don't deal with them there are much better businesses out there that don't rip you off!

I’m all for change but in this case it’s now lacking the security features it once had. Also can’t see when sales start and the search option is terrible.
Have noticed some items are doubled up and in some cases tripped in where they are being sold.... not cool and is a time waster.
Back in the day DD was super fast with their delivery, now some items have taken up to 2 months.

Worth the download
Deals are great but this latest update is terrible. Nothing is categorised and searches don't work properly. Hopefully they go back to the old layout, and soon!!

Current version is difficult to use, old version was better.
Buggy
This version is terrible. The search doesn't work, giving wrong results. I can no longer see when a sale started and when it will end, so I already missed out on something I wanted. Plus no security at all, press the wrong button once and you buy stuff as they save your credit card and paypal details and have no confirmation button.

Deals direct is great, but the new app isn’t as user friendly. Also, there is no way I can find to make “ourpay” payments.

Very pleased with the variety of goods on offer. Happy with the tracking of my goods as well. The only thing I would like to be more flexible would be the postage costs. I have placed 3 orders in the last 24/48 hours & paying 3 lots of postage. I know I could have condensed the order into one, but didn't find the other items when placing orders.

Worst customer service ever!
This company does not care about its customers. If you have a problem you can only contact them through the app. They lie about where your item is. They only employ Indians so finding someone to understand English is near impossible. They sell fake products when you pay for brand named merchandise. Don't bother wasting you hard earned cash!

Poor customer service management appalling
I have purchased from these thieves and received the incorrect order and then am still waiting for them to acknowledge and for the manager to get back to me and still do not have the product they charged me for!!! There was no problem in them taking my money but them providing the product is another story. Buyer beware!!!!!
