The dialog is way too small and its giving me headache trying to read it. This game is unplayable due to this can you please fix this issue and make dialog larger
Unplayable on mobile phone
I love the FF books and as far as I can tell this is a decent and faithful recreation of them. Unfortunately it looks like the app was designed for tablet only as the text is so tiny it’s unreadable on a mobile phone so you can’t play the game. Pity.
Good fun but fairly frustrating
I love these games, you really can’t go wrong for the price, but the lack of healing is incredibly frustrating. What happened to provisions? You do come across healing items but they’re few and far between. You enter a combat encounter with 1 stamina and you know it’s absolutely pointless. Provisions and healing potions should be included and be found more frequently.

Wanted to play 3rd book
Bought this mostly to play 3rd book, remembered fondly from childhood. Disappointed that I can’t unlock 3rd book without playing the other books to completion. Not worth the time replaying book 1 repeatedly to progress.
Good, bad and the ugly
What’s good: it’s fighting fantasy - enough said. And it has three of the best FF books converted into computer game play. The developers have really captured the sense of adventure, urgency and story that the books had. Deathtrap Dungeon in particular conveyed the depth of challenge from the books.
What’s bad: the fact your character doesn’t transfer between the three stories. Kind of makes the overall feel more like standalone adventures rather than a set of connected stories. The fact that your hard earned skill / luck improvements are wiped out is a let down.
The ugly: the graphics are just too dated but I could overlook that if not for the really odd random number generation when combined with the dice improvement mechanic. It almost feels like the dice rolls are deliberately weighted against you, so despite having skill upgrades you can consistently loose to lesser opponents - easily the worst aspect, either that or my dice rolls are terribly unlucky.
So three stars overall: 5 for story and general gameplay, -1 for graphics and lack of character continuity and -1 for the nerfed dice rolls which detract from an otherwise great dice mechanic.

とても良いコマンドRPGです。
ゲームブックやTRPGをそのままゲームにしたようで、シンプルながら運や知識で攻略するのがとても面白いです。
日本語が少しおかしい部分もありますが、全然問題なくクイズなども普通に解けます。
昔ながらにメモを取りながら、攻略するのがとても楽しいです。
続編が出てたら絶対に買いますね！

Sooooo hard.
I don’t mind difficult games, but one like this where you do it over and over and over and over is truly awful. I completed death trap dungeon. I did not enjoy it. You have to start from the very beginning sooooo many times. Just...painful.
I refused to give up, and finished the first one but no way am I starting the next one. Two stars just for the nostalgia.
Otherwise one. Nothing is ever as awesome as you remember it from when you were a kid.

Armies of Death
Top down view is not very easy to look at. Also there is a bug in the final game. If you use the crystal and die before you defeat Agglax, it disappears from your inventory, and you’ll have to restart the game, no matter how many lives you may have left. There is no way to heal yourself in this game either, in the final battle. Frustrating

On peut améliorer ses dés d’habilité a fond et faire 2 attaques de suites à zéro point de dégât 😂
Un monstre de niveau bien plus faible qui vous sort de meilleurs lancés vous trucide ou vous enlève les 3/4 de votre vie avant d’y passer.

Terrible Concept
The original Fighting Fantasy Legends was great, if a bit short. For some insane reason, someone made the terrible design decision that they should combine interactive fiction with a roguelike. Who would ever want to play that? Judging from the number of downloads I guess the answer is: no one.
Too hard
I cannot complete The second book. It is much too hard. I have gone through it about 30 times looking for all the rings, and cannot find more than eight. I’m not sure how many you need, but if I remember right the book needed 10. I swear I’ve tried every path every choice, but I am giving up. There are so many instadeaths, that I am afraid to experiment going to an instadeath that maybe i can pass now with a new item. Usually i just die again. And after you die nine times it’s game over, lose everything and start over again. That’s happened now three times to me, and sadly I’m done. And the way it’s structured I can’t get to the third book. If there is a solution guide published by the developer. somewhere I wouldn’t be upset, but without one I feel like I’ve been ripped off somewhat as I can’t get to that third book.

Nomad purchase restore??
I purchased ALL the Fighting Fantasy game books in the Nomad app but now that Asmodee Portal is released does that I mean I have to purchase them again in the Portal app? Can I not transfer purchases from all the game books purchased in the Nomad version? This was allowed for the Talisman games.

Nice game but crash after update
Hi, I’d like to say that the game itself is really nice, reminds me of the old books from childhood. The problem is that I updated the game with better sounds and graphics and since then the game crash every time I open it... can’t play it now and I think I have to delete the app to reinstall it without doing any updates. By the way I play on iPad and last version of iOS. Could you please check what’s wrong ? Thanks.

Good but....
Ok, the false exit that was an insta kill in the story now is a fight over and over until you die. The developers say this is so you can get XP out of it. Just know this so you don’t use Stamina potions and the like thinking you have a chance of survival...it’s a waste. Still a fun game!
Crashing!
Doesn’t let me start an adventure and now won’t even load at all. Playing on brand new iPhone 8 Plus. Very disappointed

I really enjoyed the first one and this is a great follow up. Portal apparently means new content will be added?
